1 /5 Jessica Pellegrino: Within 2 days after getting my nails done, they started chipping. I got a gel fill with French tips & chrome on top. No one in the salon mentioned an up charge for shape, tips, or the chrome until it was time to pay. By day 5 the chrome is half chipped off every single nail & the French tips are also chipped. I called to talk to a manager, I got in touch with Ann, stated I didn’t want to drive an hour back & just would like a refund. She stated chrome chips often on their clients & their policy doesn’t do refunds. Poor quality of services, lack of quality in their work, horrible customer service. Will not be returning & would not recommend this salon.
