1 /5 Jesse Schniederjan: We had the worst experience 2 months ago and the girl with colorful hair, short snd bubbly I think sheren or something like that, fixed our situation and our cuts. So we went back in this time to have her cut, shes not an employee there anymore!! WHAT??!?! AND THE TWO WHO CHOPPED MY KIDS HAIR ARE STILL WORKING THERE!! Why would you keep these employees who have no clue how to even trim bangs or basic scissor skills and allow the ones with quality haircuts and dependable (meaning they always look the same) for every cut??? She was the best employee and I wont be back now. 2 adults and 2 kids who get cut every 5 to 6 weeks, we will find someone who can cut and respect our family.

1 /5 Weaver Shannae (Darkfairy): We had a family member pass and I needed both of my sons hair cut. Two different girls did them and they both messed up but my older one is horrendous! I can not believe she allowed my son to walk out like this! She was at the effingham store, super skinny with scars all over her face. I have a picture if you want me to email to the company but I WANT MY MONEY BACK! My other son has a callick and they ALWAYS cut it down and blend it. She refused to and said shed basically have to buzz his head! Weve been doing it for 7 years and we never had this problem. You need to quit just filling these chairs and make sure you have decent stylists in there because those who are great are being hurt there.

5 /5 Pete: Not a long wait if you check in using the app. Staff was fun and friendly. I was satisfied with my hair cut. Didnt take long overall.

1 /5 james russell: Wife said shes not going back anymore after today. Lady didnt listen to her and didnt cut it as short as she wanted and didnt use clippers like this cut requires. Apparently this lady doesnt know what shes doing. Waste of $22. The same lady the other 2times did it exactly how its supposed to be done but didntgether this time. Wifes favorite lady lisa quit awhile back. Seems like the good ones who know what theyre doing quit or get fired. For the price a person is better off going to an actual salon and paying more.

1 /5 rachelle hemwall: my friend had her haircut there last week at the great clips in effingham and some girl that was tiny with dark short hair and scars on her face cut her hair she cant remember her name because she didnt introduce herself she was very rude to her didnt have any conversation with her at all i was in the salon with her when she got it cut the stylist was ssooo rude to her and totally messed up her hair and had to go elsewhere to get it fixed she was crying it was sssoooo bad she said she will never go back and i wont either seems like nobody knows what they are doing there anymore and they are all rude and stuck up i feel like they are just hiring people that don’t even know what they are doing i miss the girls that used to work there one had dark curly hair and the other one was super friendly i think her last name was kruger she always had us both looking amazing and beautiful but this place has gone down hill im telling every person i know to not get their hair done there anymore this is sad my friend is ssssoooooo upset in order for the other salon to fix it she had to go shorter with her haircut than what she wanted we will NEVER return there again!!!!!!!
