1 /5 Michelle Ebbing: If I could give it a zero I would! Worst haircut ever! They don’t listen to what you ask for and most are scissor happy, they just whack off all your hair without bothering to listen to a thing you say. They don’t blow dry all the way when done with the cut, no styling, no brushing nothing. Serious waste of money! They spray and soak your hair but don’t take into consideration that when it’s dry it’s going to be even shorter, told her 3 times! Just referred to a previous card and I hated that cut also and told her not to cut that short but she did it anyway. Asked for layering and to have sides angled and blended, needless to say that wasn’t done properly either. The way it was cut makes me think they aren’t even licensed beauticians. I could have cut it better myself at home. I’ve tried 4 or 5 different people at same location as I always give places a chance to do better (2 were fair cuts) but I’m done, 3 strikes you are out! I will never go back and certainly never recommend to anyone, wouldn’t even take my dog here now after such a horrible experience. They’ve ruined haircuts on my husband also. Have never been so angry with a haircut in my life. Stay away from this place!

Overall they did the best. Ive gone to other small salons in the area and never get anything close to what I want. Great Clips stylists listened and delivered.

1 /5 Holli Roberts: If a zero was possible, that’s what this place deserves. My husband went in for trim and came home with a buzzcut. He was explaining that he wanted to be able to have a part this time and somehow who ever did the haircut thought having a part meant no hair on the top of the his head?!? Makes no sense. A person’s hair matters! It is part of their identity! If there is ever any question of length or style, ask the client questions. Don’t just do what the person before you wrote in a clearly incorrect note when the client is telling you how they would like the hair to lay. Obviously they’d have to have hair left for the top to lay a certain way! Now my husband has no hair and feels awful about how he looks because someone didn’t do their job and make sure they understood what he wanted. Terrible!

1 /5 Tyler Chappell: I grow my hair for Wigs for Kids. I went in for three of my kids haircut appointments. I asked the lady if my hair was long enough to donate, and without even checking, the lady behind the counter said, "I can tell just by looking it isnt." The thing is, I measured my hair before heading in. I had 17". Minimum required is 12". I dont donate without paying for a haircut. I asked about length and got dismissed by some lady who either didnt want to spend time to help kids with cancer or thought I was looking for a free haircut. Whatever her reasoning was, it sure as hell wasnt an excuse to brush me off in such a disrespectful manner. I absolutely refuse to ever bring myself or any of my family here.
