1 /5 Just Me: Jennifer cut my hair way too short. I brought in a picture, and said I wanted it a bit longer than the picture. She said great she loved to follow a picture. Next thing I knew my hair was extremely short. I told her that it wasn’t at all what I asked for. She insisted it was exactly what I wanted. It’s a couple inches shorter than the picture in the front and sides. The back is maybe an inch and a half long, the picture was collar length or a bit longer. Jennifer needs to learn to apologize when she makes mistakes and act like she cares.
