5 /5 Rebecca Honkanen: Harvest Temple UPC is a warm, friendly church that instantly felt like family and has become our home away from home! (We live in WI, but travel to the area several times each year) We are truly saddened to leave each time we visit!
The pastor and his family are so welcoming, as are others in the congregation. You will find solid, Bible-based teaching and good old-fashioned, fiery preaching, a variety of worship and praise songs, from old hymns to modern contemporary tunes, and special events for all age groups--perfect for growing families!
Their ministry also extends in door-to-door prayer for needs, and special outreach to the elderly in the community with special services held at a nursing home. The church family gets together often for fellowship, whether in their lovely fellowship hall, or at a local restaurant, and knows how to have fun. By writing this, I am missing each one I have met there and look forward to our next visit!!!
