She’s so kind, gentle, and easy to talk to—she instantly makes you feel comfortable and cared for. The results always turn out beautifully, and I leave feeling confident and refreshed. When I called to schedule my first appointment she asked me several questions about my hair, color, etc. She LISTENED, hard to find these days. Due to the condition of my hair I decided to chop it off. It was an emotional day for me, she took ample time, She did a really nice job. Love my new haircut. rescheduled the next appointment on the spot. Got tons of compliments. Highly recommend her.

Traditional waxing would leave me with skin-tears and redness that would last for days. But Sugaring makes my skin feel great! Sugaring took the unwanted hair and left my skin soft, undamaged, and with minimal redness that was gone within a couple hours! I’m so happy to have found this amazing salon and service!!

    The Vault Salon - DeKalb Brittney Lovell: The salon itself is beautiful and clean. The staff was super friendly. However I left with my hair cut way shorter than I asked for and not looking like the inspiration photos or my own photos of myself with the hair cut I wanted. I am extremely disappointed. I had a great experience until I looked in the mirror. I will be wearing a hat until this grows out and will continue on my search for a new stylist.
