5 /5 Michael McEwen: A fantastic local history museum. The displays are very interesting with lots of great stories. They also have a large collection of architectural elements from buildings that were torn down. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.

5 /5 Our Country Road: We visited the History Museum for their Calftown Christmas Celebration. What a fun experience! We made ornaments courtesy of the Budding Artist, enjoyed sandwiches from Cafetown Cafe, and sampled some traditional German Christmas cookies. They even had wine for this mama! The live piano music was the perfect touch to this delightful afternoon. I only wish I had known how wonderful it would be so I could have encouraged more friends to attend. Thank you to the volunteers for a great day!

5 /5 Joe Gerig: The Historical Society of Quincy is a great little museum focusing on the history of the city and the surrounding area. With exhibits focusing on the citys founding, role in the underground railroad, and various stained glass art from around the town its worth a visit. The well stocked gift shop and friendly staff are what really make this a must see for any and all visitors to the city. Check it out!

5 /5 Jeff Gintz: I came to visit for the Latter-day Saint display. The lady who greeted me at the front desk was knowledgeable and welcoming. I was really only interested in the exhibit I went to visit. The other exhibits seemed alright. The focus is very local, so if you dont go there for a specific reason you might not be interested.

5 /5 Mark Temple: Great little museum. Has a suggested donation of $5. Really good breath of history for the area and the 2nd floor is filled with stain glass windows rescued from local churches
