Not only that but the turnaround time was 1 day. He picked it up, left his vehicle at our house(for those other reviews that said he took the money and ran. I’m not buying that) and showed me what precisely went wrong with the AC and why. I would gladly use him again and invite others to as well! Again a bad review sometimes disproportionally carries more weight than the positive one but don’t let that hinder the countless positive reviews and stories about the quality of his work and character.

Jacob, who picked up my vehicle(via tow truck) and the repair person is also an amazing person! My very own insurance company gave me heck processing my claim, but piatt county collision has been standing by my side from the beginning of the claim assuring all o.e.m. parts and supplemental costs needed to return my vehicle to its original condition is being honored/granted by my adjuster. Love you guys and wish you continued success when the new building is fully completed.
