I tried this place out because its maybe a 5-minute walk from my office and I needed a diagnostic done as soon as I could. They do great work, are pretty timely, and give good/frequent updates on how repairs are going. They know their stuff, and dont give you the run-around on parts/service needed. A few of our interactions have shown me that the folks working here are honest and reputable.

Not only were they able to repair it, but the owner pulled a young man named Chandler off his current job to fix my truck, which he had done and back on the road in a couple hours. They could have just as easily told me to drop it off and get in line but he didnt. They are very competent at wrenching on trucks and the folks working there are top notch. If i could give more stars I would. If anyone is on the fence about having a truck repaired here, dont 2nd guess it They are great at what they do!! Loftus Towing cant thank them enough!!
