I googled repair shops in Morris and compared everyones reviews. This company had wonderful reviews and decided to go with them. Obviously with a small town your wait time will be a tad longer but they were 1000% worth the wait. I picked up my car looking completely brand new again. They really care about their customers and not just about making money. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

I got into accident needed axles, tire, rim, door, side panel, tye rod... among other things. They did a fantastic job! They even detailed my car inside and out. I found out yesterday they even glued back on a piece of my carpet that was unglued on the drivers side. Great service. Andrew Dunaway: Certified Automotive Repair Specialists (C.A.R.S.) is a locally owned and managed automotive repair shop by Jason (Mechanic) and his wife Stephanie (receptionist/assistant) who provided a thorough and in my honest opinion outstanding review of my truck needing repaired that was just shy of being required to be taken to the scrap yard. Jason fit me in on the schedule and communicated all issues he discovered as he navigated through the engine. Got it running for me and gave me a list of all the problems he had discovered and what was still needing done. Didn’t try and squeeze more money out of me, just wrote down and explained to me before I drove off that these were the identified problems and what to expect if they weren’t fixed within a couple of months. I appreciated his willingness to take on a job that was extremely difficult and challenging from a random person he had no prior knowledge of working with on a truck that was completely riddled with problems. Some who lack ethics or morals would have saw this as an opportunity to take advantage of the situation but Jason and Stephanie did the right thing and upheld their end of the bargain. Priced fair and I’ve already got back on the schedule to finalize a few loose ends. Would highly recommend and not to listen to the negative reviews. Honesty, integrity and quality is what matters to this little shop in Carmi and that’s hard to find these days. 10 out 10!
