5 /5 K.L. Cleeton: Jake and everyone at J and R could not have been more helpful and thoughtful when repairing my wheelchair accessible vehicle. Unfortunately, circumstances didnt allow me to coordinate for accessible rental via my insurance, but Jake did everything possible to fast-track the repairs so I wouldnt be without transportation for a moment longer than necessary. They not only were able to get everything repaired much faster than originally anticipated, but it is legitimately better than new. Its quieter and looks sharp as hell! Thanks so much J and R!

After my vehicle was unfortunately hit by a fork lift at a local lumber yard, I was worried about how the repairs would turn out. From the moment I walked in, the team at J&R made me feel welcomed and reassured. The customer service was outstanding! They took the time to explain the repair process thoroughly and kept me updated every step of the way. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. When I got my vehicle back, I was absolutely amazed! 1 /5 BROOKE TUCKER: We can still see waves on my roof where hail damage was repaired. Not noticeable to someone who doesnt know its there. Also, they charged my insurance ($885) for a front windshield that wasnt even damaged and didnt need to be replaced. I picked up my car and noticed I still had my original. I called them out the charge, and they stated they "forgot" to tell me there was a delay in shipping. I didnt even need the windshield as mine wasnt damaged. I no longer trust this company to do anything.

5 /5 Benjamin Rhodabarger: J&R took good care of my wifes car after she was hit by another driver. They kept good communication using texts to inform us of the progress of the repairs. The car looks great where we had damage. We appreciate the great service, and we just hope to not be in the situation to need to visit again.
