5 /5 Kayla Bodine: I was seen in the emergency room on Monday. All the staff were very friendly and fast. I only waited ten minutes in the waiting room before being transferred back. Within 2.5 hours I had a full diagnosis and was being prepped for surgery. I appreciated all of the staff that took excellent care of me and would definitely be back to this location.

1 /5 Kelly whitworth: Do not use the pain clinic at jacksonville hospital. The injected the wrong medicine into my back and then over prescribed medicine. The nurse Hailey has screamed at several patients including myself. Doctor blamed me for their mistakes! Even sent me a letter saying it was my fault. No not go to this hospital EVER!

1 /5 Kayla Mason: The doctors, HR, and patient care specialists do not care about your well being, just their paycheck. The pain clinic in Jacksonville is strictly about making money. They do not care about what a patients primary care doctor instructs their patients to do for further/additional care. They will make/change appointments without getting ahold of you and will not send a notification and blame you as the patient. The reception staff and nurses have acknowledged this! The Staff and Dr Staz are very unprofessional the way they talk about their patients, regardless of the reason.

1 /5 Jesse Wismer: Came here with my daughter for a huge gash on her hand. After 3.5 hours they came and got us to say we need x-rays. Then sent us back to the waiting room. Now its been an hour wait again so far. This hospital seems to expand bigger and bigger but whats the point if you dont have the staff? Its a joke. No I will not contact Patient Experience because when has it ever been any good? Just warning other individuals whom needs medical attention.

1 /5 Michael Fester: My son was in for a visit in the er. When we were able to get back to his room, the first thing we heard was a female employee talking about a bug on her, referred to as possible fleas or bed bugs. She stated she hit it but doesn’t know where it went. How clean is this er? Secondly this same woman carries on about this and said something very insensitive. “Am I retarded or something?” Insensitive to the fact that a middle aged man was brought in by his parents and had an episode in the waiting room under the hope this man would be seen for a mental evaluation. I’m sure it’s hard enough for this family to bring this man in for help with whatever condition was going on but to have to hear a comment like that, would not be something they should’ve had to hear. The professionalism of this lady and the others at the nurses station laughing and carrying on with these two matters should be addressed. Compassion and professionalism are the two things that should be guaranteed at a hospital. Hopefully administrators can look into this and correct.
