1 /5 Robin M.: I left without any service. Worst experience in my life with rude and unprofessional owner. She was not aware of what I called and scheduled. I told her I told the guy exactly that wanted color, highlights, and cut. She then told me she is only one there and no guy works there. I pushed the fact and she said maybe Jim the next room barber answered phone trying to help. I said well must have been cause I even asked at end of scheduling who would be doing my hair he said Tetesa. I never been there before. So this was a major screw up . She then proceeded she would only do highlight that was all written and she refused to do a gray color. I left anwill never go back. Beware of owner rude,unaware of her appts or affairs at her business...
