He did the job at a very reasonable and affordable price. And he only did what was asked rather than fixing everything else that may have been broken the way other car shops do to get more money.     Elena: Mr Jim is the sweetest kindest man. Our car broke down on the side of the road 350 miles from home and Mr Jim went above and beyond to do everything he could to get us (2 women and 2 children) to a safe place to stay overnight while he ordered our car part and got it installed the next morning. Mr Jim replaced my alternator and had us back on the road to home as quickly as possible. Thank you so much Mr Jim we appreciate you.

The Manager (so sorry I forgot his name) actually went above the call of duty and hooked the electrical conversion piece up for me. I am getting our car serviced there going forward.

The employees are always helpful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, & welcoming. The parts are top notch & if they dont have your part they will find someone who does & ship it to their location in a couple days at no cost to you. Would recommend this place to anyone any day.

    Sean Corey: I was in the area for a delivery. My work van broke down. I drove it here, and within 5 minutes of the owner Joe checking it out, he figured out the problem. I went inside, he got on the phone, and got me a price, and once I had approval, they were ordered. I ended up staying in the area overnight, and thankfully, I did because he got it repaired 2 hours sooner than quoted. It must saying about his shop as he did have 22 cars on lot when I was here. Great work, Fast and upfront about price and turn around time.

    Shawn Faivre: Zimmermans is nothing short of amazing!! They have saved me twice now! The first time they fixed a problem another repair shop did not fix. The second time, my vehicle broke down in Christopher at 8 in the morning. I called them and they didnt even hesitate to send the tow truck right over! They had my van fixed by the same afternoon so I wouldnt have to miss another day of work!! The best part? They absolutely have the most reasonable rates in the entire area!! They also will only repair the issue that needs fixed and will not search for other things that need "fixed" like other places will. I literally live two blocks from another repair shop, but their rates are extremely high and their service isnt near as good as Zimmermans! Im am very impressed and I very highly recommend them if you need your vehicle repaired!!

Myself and 3 other people where waiting in the parking lot of this place, only for us to call him and him tell us he has moved locations. Dude lost 1,000$ between the 3 of us. We all just went somewhere else. Horrible Friday morning.

BG auto repair is very thorough and always keeps in contact with the customer about what is going on with their vehicle /vehicles. This company definitely does not overcharge.
