1 /5 Ashy R: Completely misshaped my nails theyre all different lengths had hangnails that he decided to just paint over, and I said something during the process I dont know if he just didnt understand me or didnt care but they look horrible, had them add heart on my nail looks like just a giant blob Im going to have to go home and redo my nails now after paying $40 for this whenever it was supposed to be $35 I will never be coming back and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
In response to the owner I was never asked if I was happy with how they looked, I told him more than a few times where the problems were and if he could fix them, he didnt he just kept painting over it like that was going to fix the issue of the misshapen nails as you can see in the pictures and the hangnails, as someone who went to school learned how to do this, that was extremely unprofessional. you didnt use cuticle oil to soften my cuticles they didnt get pushed back at all as you can see in the picture the heart is not a heart it looks like a blob so for the charge for the art thats ridiculous, because it just looks like a blob on my finger, and the misshapen nails, my nails where already shaped when I came in there, I keep them maintained myself because these are my real nails with just gel over them and when I asked him to fix where one was longer than the other he just filed it all the way down, which was not what I asked for. I came in with squoval nails that were a little bit past my finger tips and as you can see in the pictures a lot of them are down way further now.
