Steven Godwin: Was a good place to get my car done. Went up there to get my oil done didn’t have filter so they called to get one brought in for next day. Next day I come in still doesn’t have it says he will call when he gets it. Now I called again asking hey you got it in? And he says “ Oh they can’t get those filters.” I called autozone and picked one up for 9 dollars. Won’t be coming here anymore was a monthly customer of 2 vehicles. All that just find a way out of doing my oil change it seems!

Showed up, they already had the tires off the rack & ready, got me in and out in decent time (they were also multi-tasking). Tires have decent tread on them, and have been doing me good so I’ll give these guys a 5 ⭐️.

My first time was way back when I was working for Coke and my job was dependent on my car running and eating hundreds of miles a day. At the time I was driving a Mercury Mystique that had started dying occasionally when stopped at lights. I took it to 3 other mechanics, including dealer and no one could find the issue. I took it to JT and he had me fixed up by the next day. He has taken a voltmeter through the car and found a short. Great mechanic, really smart, takes the time to go as deep as youd like into the technical side of the fix. Since that time with the Mystique, I have taken 4 other cars to him with all different issues, and everytime, he gets it fixed and at a good price. Highly highly highly recommend. Great service, honest people, good craftsmen.

After calling a tow truck Plaza Tire made the difficult repair. The store manager even assisted with the repair and wanted to ensure that I would not experience any further issues on my trip. They will also steal some belongings inside your vehicle just keep an eye on all your stuff before you take it over there know your vehicle before you drop it off..
