I have to ask if they’d like my key because no one took initiative and give direction for what they needed. The price was decent, but not worth dealing with the staff. If you want good prices and good service, go to Don White’s Auto Service.

5 /5 Derecho: Great repair shop with good old fashioned values and honesty. Fair pricing too! Had the 100,000 mile maintenance done on our 2017 Jeep Cherokee along with an oil cooler repair. Very pleased with them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good auto repair shop.

George Werderich: Took my car in because my transmission was leaking. I was told the cause of the leak was because all the gaskets on the transmission were bad and it would cost 1200 dollars and take 3 days to fix. This was far from the truth. I ended up having to pay 1400 dollars and it took them over a month to fix just to take my car home and have the transmission to continue to leak all over my driveway. Took it back after they said they would make it right just for them to tell me it would be another 400 dollars to fix. Never taking anything here again!
