The owner, Mallory, stepped up and took care of me personally. She really made me feel like keeping me happy was her first priority. She literally waited for me to get off of work, left her husband & kids behind on Thanksgiving Eve, and met me at the shop to give me my scheduled service. Mallory is the best!! The combs scissors etc were nasty, didnt look like they have ever been cleaned!!! If health dept went in there, hed b shut down!!!! Apparently the ratings he has b4 mine, had to b blind!!
