The owner, Mallory, stepped up and took care of me personally. She really made me feel like keeping me happy was her first priority. She literally waited for me to get off of work, left her husband & kids behind on Thanksgiving Eve, and met me at the shop to give me my scheduled service. Mallory is the best!! Thanks Mallory for showing me that having my business counts!! You have a customer for life!!

Everything is very clean organized. Lauren gave me the most amazing facial, I felt very relaxed. She also microbladed my eye brows and I always get so many compliments on them! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Lauren is the owner and is so dedicated to her Spa and always takes care of all of her employees and clients!

Hair Designers - Edwardsville Amber Smith: I would have given a big fat zero if it was an option!! I went to get a cut n color n when I went to sit down, there was hair from 2 yrs in that chair! The combs scissors etc were nasty, didnt look like they have ever been cleaned!!! If health dept went in there, hed b shut down!!!! Apparently the ratings he has b4 mine, had to b blind!!
