Got me back on the road on a Saturday. Mark is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced as well. Very good experience from what could have been a nightmare situation for me. Highly recommend and would use again if I lived in the area!

AngelV23: June 24: I was charged almost $1,000 to get my Emergency brake fixed and it still not working, this is very dangerous specially because they said it was fixed. I’ll drop the truck tomorrow and I expect them to fix it, for now I’ll leave this review and may change if they are responsible to complete this job correctly. Pdta: It works on reverse but not forward June 26: I went yesterday and day fixed everything in lest than 20min, they did a great job on my ac and E-Brakes. Definitely recommend them and will come back

Performance Transmissions - Clinton

Danny Sauer: I have rebuilt my own transmissions, but wanted the convenience of having someone else take care of this one for me. I provided specifications for how id be using this auto trans (a TH400) in person, and the work was done up to my standards (in other words, it was perfect) at a fair price in a reasonable period of time. The guy who did the work was very knowledgeable about the transmission, and his suggestions were solid. I pulled the pan off when I got it back in order to paint it, and the work inside matched what was promised. Its been a few years, and the transmission is still working as expected despite "a bit" of abuse. I rarely use mechanics, because they almost never do work the way Id do it on my own car. Transmission shops are often especially sketchy, since people think transmissions are magic. Performance Transmissions is the rare exception who does honest, fantastic work, and Id consequently have zero reservations about suggesting them to anyone.

I was trained as a mechanic many years ago but never have time to work on my own cars so was looking for a shop that I trusted. After trying several in Monticello and not satisfied I thought I’d give Crawley’s a shot as I prefer smaller independent shops. Not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised at the great work that they did at a very fair rate. I’ll be going back here for all my automotive work.

randy potts: He said could flush out and recoat the inside of Harley tanks and would be careful of the paint after 10 weeks and phone calls I went to pick them up he scratched chipped and destroyed the paint, broke off a fuel line cross over never coated the inside and never said sorry or apologized, dont ever go to shop.
