5 /5 Nancy Wadsworth: I met a "new" dental tech at my visit yesterday. New to me, anyway. She was great and I asked to have her at my next 6-month check-up. She was really wonderful! Anyway, I always get great service at Dr. Maddoxs office. Everyone is very friendly and kind, as well as knowledgeable. And, of course. Theres Leo. Always good to see and interact with him!

5 /5 Jim Stevens: I experienced some tooth pain over the holiday weekend and left a message with Dr. Maddox office. Got in early Tuesday morning, was diagnosed quickly and scheduled for a root canal the following week. Staff were knowledgeable and pleasant as usual. My wife and I have been patients there for over 20 years and are grateful for the service they provide.

I have had many problems with my decades-old implant dentures (original dentist and oral surgeon now retired), and he has always found solutions -- even created some that couldnt be found -- I am indebted to him for his professionalism and humanity. Rachel is a great hygienist -- talks to me, tells me what shes doing-- its very reassuring. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Its a great place!

Dr. Maddox responded quickly, was in contact with me throughout the weekend, and made it clear he would be happy to come into the office if the pain was too much for me. He scheduled me for a crown Monday afternoon. I don’t do well with a lot of dental procedures and was quite jumpy the entire time. Both he and the dental assistant were fantastic and kept checking in with me. The process was mostly painless and pretty quick. He has the tools to make a crown in the office so my entire appointment took maybe 90 minutes. I walked out with a crown and no secondary appointment needed. The office is great with regular cleanings, but I really appreciated their patience with me while I was in pain and scared. If you are looking for a dentist in Springfield, I highly recommend them.

5 /5 Beverly Barrett: My first appointment was prompt and efficiently handled. Receptionist was very friendly with an easy check-in. The tech addressed my concerns and Dr. Maddox very soon did the dental examination and addressed my concerns. I was very pleased.
