Hair cuts, styled, color, highlights, as well as pedicures and shes done my nails. Shes done some awesome art work on my nails. Shes also cut both my childrens hair multiple times as well as my husbands. We all highly recommend her. Weve always been more than happy with her so if your on the look for someone I highly recommend Kira!

5 /5 Lauren Dunn: I had scheduled an appointment with another person (Des the barber) through Booksy. I arrived at the appointment with my son who is 1.5 y.o and found out she (Des) was not there. Kira was finishing up with a client and offered to take my son’s appointment. I am so thankful she was there and I was still able to get my son’s haircut. She went out of her way when she didn’t have to. It’s appreciated more than she knows. She was so sweet and kind. I would recommend her to anyone with a young child. I will definitely be returning for my son’s next haircut! Thank you so much Kira! You were amazing!

She was very pleasant to talk with throughout the process and I was very pleased with how my hair tuned out! I will be back for more hair cuts!

5 /5 Keirstin Curtis: Kira is an amazing person and great at what she does. Went in for a certain style but came out with something totally different and have had so many compliments on my hair. I have known kira for a few years now and so happy she has her own business for what she is good at and loves to do. Shes also very talented at all types of crafts and even does vinyl on tshirts and blankets. Highly recommend her!!!!!

Studio BOKA - Highland Park Michelle Toni: I’ve been getting Russian manicures for about 4 years now in the city but wanted to try something in the suburbs to avoid driving into Chicago and feel slightly disappointed in the outcome of my manicure from studio boka. I don’t feel that my cuticles were cleaned up the way they usually are when being e-filed and the skin of my finger was filed in to pretty badly when shaping my nails. The top coat that was used was at the end of the bottle and seemed to have little crystals/residue in it and instead of switching bottles, it was still used on my hands so some of my nails feel textured. It seems, though, that my not-perfect experience is very unique since all of the other reviews with images don’t have either of these issues so I think I just got unlucky & I do think you will still have a much better and more long-lasting manicure here than a traditional salon. Just didn’t feel as thorough as my usual Russian manicures!

McHenry Nails & Spa - Johnsburg Jadie Ortega: Highly recommend Mchenry nail spa! Have been coming here the last 10 years. Emma & Helen are amazing. The best pedicures in town (in my opinion!) definitely recommend getting the volcano pedicure. Great atmosphere, everyone is so nice and very relaxing. Brought my dad here for his first ever pedicure and he said 10/10 and will be coming again and again I’m sure!
