2 /5 Anne F: My husband went there a year ago for work to be done. He paid the entire estimate price. We received paperwork a couple months later from insurance that the claims had not been filed by the dentist but we ignored it. A year later, we have received a fairly sizeable bill saying this was the amount we owed because insurance didnt pay. Of course, the inflation. The letter made it sound like we were running out on a bill. When we called, they blamed it on that it took the insurance company this long to pay. Of course, when you did not put in the paperwork it would-- but no one mentioned that for they did not know we got that letter. In the midst of the recession, we will come up with the money for what are we to owe. Overall, not totally impressed to begin with the place. Dentist & Hygienists were friendly but another dentist is already found before all of this late billing. Not going back.

1 /5 Cora Hausen: I feel awful for this review, but I was actually hopeful when I was scheduled for an emergency appointment, Julie felt so empathetic to the pain I was having for an entire week. Its really painful. Susan, at the Dunlap office told me, at first, that Julie made an error and shes going to check if I can be seen. Susan was rude, had no compassion for my situation and did not want to help me.. However, after 20ty minutes she calls me back and Literally said they would look at my pain, bill me, but not help at all the pain and I should really go back to the other dentist. I was in so much pain I was unable to get out of bed for 3 days. I needed help, emergency help, and this Dunlap office, "unfortunately" doesnt care about emergency services at all!!! Worse services and I would NEVER RECOMMEND them at the Dunlap location EVER!!!!!!
