870fefe: My son (7yrs) needed a spacer removed immediately due to not fitting properly in his mouth. He couldnt even close his jaw all the way because it was ripping up the inside of his mouth causing an immense amount of discomfort and pain. He couldnt even eat without crying. He had only had the spacer for 2 days and while we tried to give it a chance, he cried with it. His dentist office didnt have any dentist available on Fridays and non on call to help him. My dentist office was closed. I called 5 to 6 didnt local offices for help and no one was able to assist my son or didnt want to attempt to because they were too booked up. Knowing we were going into a weekend, as a mother, I was so upset knowing the pain my little boy was in and i couldbt help him, I was at a loss. Small town dental on Fourth in Morton was so compassionate in taking my call and understanding the stress in my voice and my son needed this hardware out immediately. The front desk ladies who were absolutely amazing, put me on hold to speak with the dentist. She wasnt certain she could help my son but was willing to have him come in and take a look. Mind you, this was something she had not dont before but was willing to help us the best she could. I rushed there with him and between the dental assistant and the dentist, they got that hardware out of his mouth in a matter of minutes. The smile on my sons face and relief in his eyes was amazing. I am so thankful for them and what they did for us. I would recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone. They are good people and I owe them so much. He has been back to himself this weekend. A happy, rambunctious little boy. Thank you Small Town dental from my family!
