Very understanding of my dental situation and very detailed plan on how to fix my teeth to have a more confident smile and just to feel no more pain. I will continue to come here through the whole process even found me a great oral surgeon! Update: By far the most amazing staff! I have NEVER had a good experience at a dentist, NEVER left relieved until Midwest. I literally can not thank them enough for removing the most pain I have ever felt! I will continue to be a patient here! Highly recommend Dr.Bess!

4 /5 Amber Finnegan: I am not a fan of the dentist, I have high anxiety everytime I go. For this visit, I needed a crown. Both the assistant and dentist were very understanding, patient, and took the time to explain everything they were doing and what I may expect to feel. The worst part of the entire hour was the numbness that lasted for hours after the appointment was over but thank heavens for that numbing medicine lol! I was expecting so much worse and was pleasantly surprised

5 /5 Christian: ’ve recently started seeing Dr. Bess, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She’s super nice and makes you feel completely comfortable from the start to end of the visit. Her work is excellent, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. Her assistants are wonderful as well; friendly, professional, and always helpful. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend going here!

1 /5 Jamie Welchel: We have lived in Pontiac for about a year now. Our two kids, my husband and myself have been going to Midwest Dental here in Pontiac since we moved. And thus far everything has been wonderful. Until today when my husband went in for tooth pain. He doesn’t have the best teeth and he was fully aware they may need to pull the tooth. Come to find out they needed to pull 8 teeth, yes 8! So they pulled 8 due to risk of infection. All at once. And the dentist Dr. Brandon Gray refused to give my husband a note to be excused from work tomorrow. I called and spoke to 4 separate members of the staff. Begged them to excuse him from work tomorrow. Desperately trying everything to get my husband the rest he will need. Each woman very nice but I got met with the same response each time, “doctor doesn’t do that, he has never given a note to his patients to have time to heal the next day.” So moral of the story, if you want time to actually heal from MULTIPLE teeth getting pulled, do NOT go to Midwest Dental in Pontiac, IL. Great staff, TERRIBLE DENTIST PRACTICES. And this goes to show how much he actually cares for his patients.
