When calling to let the office know that Im having issues 2 months later , numbness in 4 teeth next to the one where the surgery was, ear and facial pain above the area the surgery was ... I dont even receive a phone call back. Needless to say, thousands of dollars later, Im terrified Im going to need an implant . Her office isnt concerned about following up and doesnt return phone calls. . Dr. Wilson is an excellent dentist and very caring. I had a poorly installed crown replaced and it fit perfectly with no adjustments needed.
I actually look forward to my appointments because I know Ill get the care I need with being pressured into buying things I dont truly need.
Mercedes(sp?) was my hygienist this last visit and I thought she did a through job.
