1 /5 Jay Phillips: Went here because i had a broken tooth with roots sticking out(in ALOT of pain) first xray by assistant ( painful!) Didnt take so we did another(more painful) dr said with swelling and the amount of pain I am in she cant take it out for a week. I said how am i going to deal with this pain or eat for an entire week. Dr said tuff it out and Krogers next door eat applesauce & bread for a week. Really! I spend thousands of dollars a year for great dental insurance so I can have good doctors Im going to find a better dr. Its been 4 days in darn near suicidal from pain. Dr told me pain medicine wont help dental pain and too tuff it out n eat bread n applesauce. Wow, couldnt believe they just told me that and expect me to bring them thousands of dollars more. Dr predetermined my treatment (unethical) and treat me as if I were exibiting drug seeking behavior. And in front of my son and other patients. Ive never ask for pain meds before and felt embarrassed and angry. They did not care I was in pain before they not going to care after,and thats scary. I found a great clinic in Mt.Vernon called Aspen dental in mt.vernon is great!! Go there for proper treatment and proper repect. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
