1 /5 J M: This place is a joke. I scheduled a 2pm checkup and then they called back and said I could come earlier at 10am if I wanted a cleaning too. I said yes, I want the cleaning while Im there. I showed up, the apt started 10 min late. She did 17 trays and checked my teeth saysin dr will be in after to check then cleaning. Dr checks my teeth and says I need a deep cleaning. So I said great thats why Im here. But they say dont have time today and I have to do cleaning in 2 phases. Insurnace only covers half a cleaning?!?!?!?! Are you kidding me? I they made me leave with no cleaning and still have an aching tooth. This place is a joke. Thatd why I came in early to have time for a cleaning. They do no care about patients just money. When I mentioned I was disappointed becasue I specifically scheduled a cleaning and got NO cleaning, I was ignored by the front desk staff and stared at. No one said a word. Seems like you know what joke of a business you are running. They had ZERO intention of doing a cleaning. I hope this business goes straight into the trash where they belong. The dentist also sat BEHIND me didnt even try to be professional.

5 /5 Jo Ivester: I was very pleased with Family Dentistry. They were on time and efficient. I was able to make an appointment quickly and my hygienist ? Kristen? Was very good and there was no pain. The dentist was also very friendly and did not keep me waiting. I highly recommend this place!

MOSAIC- Maxillofacial Oral Surgery And Implant Center - Belleville J.D. Richardson: If you’re needing an oral surgeon, Dr. Noble is the man I’d recommend. Doc has removed a number of teeth, and placed a couple implants for me; and I have nothing but good things to say about not just the Dr, but his front office help is great! Actually, long ago I saw Dr. Hesterberg, and he was awesome as well! He removed my wisdom teeth, although his old office help needed some retraining in compassionate care. This MOSAIC office is top notch!! Don’t hesitate to visit this office, I’m getting ready to have Dr. Noble place more implants, and I know it will be done professionally, and I’ll receive the very best care!

Associated Pediatric Dentistry - Belleville Dawn Farris: My daughter had an awful experience there. The dentist was not caring. He was not concerned about the fact that my daughter was in tears while he was continuing to give her shots so quickly that her mouth didnt have time to get numb. The prior dentist, Dr. John, was always awesome with my kids.

Aspen Dental - OFallon, IL - OFallon Shakauna Jones: From the time I walked in the door my son and I were greatly with a pleasant smile and joyful hello from Justice and was very helpful with questions I had while filling out new patient information. Then Maris the assistant came got us from waiting room greeted us with a warm hello how u doing gave me her name informed me what her role is and performed it well. Very gentle let me know during every step what she was doing and how well I was during while the procedure did seem uncomfortable at times. Then Maris found us a room she told me of whom will be coming to perform what task and turned tv on for me made me feel at home. I was then greeted by the hygienist Magz what a great smile she had when she entered the room admiring my sons shoes and how great of a kid he was everyone just made us feel so welcome. She informed me of her duties what she will be doing it was sweat uncomfortable at times she apologize for that but I know it was her job. She made sure if I had any questions and provided me with information further of what her findings were. Next Maris told me who is coming in room next the doctor Wolfe she was great also entered room with greeting talked with my son and then told me how my xrays looked and what she recommended for my ongoing treatment. She made sure all my questions and concerns were answered before existing. Lastly I had the pleasure seating down with the Consult Tyler who but the icing on the visit. It was closing time I was last last she didnt make it feel rushed she explained all the numbers in great details very patient and informative. I give this team a 100000 stars if I could everyone was amazing cant wait for next visit

They are family friendly, and go out of their way to schedule families with multiple children so they are seen in one visit, with as short a time spent overall as possible. No long waits in the waiting room, they keep to their schedule. The doctors and staff are easy to talk with, and make children and adults feel at ease. They do not try to up-sell "add-on" treatments or procedures, and when something is recommended, I 100% trust their opinions, and never feel pushed. They are reasonably priced, too. A great dental practice!
