1 /5 Twila Johnson: Sure didn’t know Dentist office had a policy if you miss appt, cancel appt, etc all within a year you cannot reschedule, you have to call daily to see if there are any cancellations to get appt! A few receptionists/office manager need to have improved customer service!

My hygienist made me feel comfortable and was very detailed with cleaning my teeth and explaining any concerns. The dentist was pleasant and answered all my questions. We switched to Paxton Dental about two years ago and have been very happy with the service we have received.

Childers Orthodontics - Benton mindy harris: Amazing staff and orthodontist! We started my son’s braces when we lived in southern Illinois then we moved to central Illinois. We made the 3 hour drive for each appointment because of the service Dr. Childers staff provides. My son’s teeth are perfect and he has a wonderful smile he shows off often! He treatment ended last summer. Since then he has lost (or dog ate) 2 sets of retainers. Breeze and Audra helped to get them replaced very fast!! Thank you so much so all you’ve done for us. We couldn’t have had a better experience!
