1 /5 Isisss 2prettyy: No help whats so ever they sit in the back doing hair while youre just standing at the register waiting and waiting. You have to call someone to help you. The owner does not know anything about her products but will tell you its a good product. Her pricing is over the top. She finally got rid of the rude teenager who was working the register. My mother used to go and constantly and waiste money at this place. You will be better off buying online. The hair she sells is terrible. The human hair sheds really bad. Her pricing for all human hair is for someone who doesnt know any better.

The customer service was awesome they were very helpful. The store is very very clean and well put together. All the products are together for different needs. I will definitely be making this my go to store.

Focus Ageless - Yorkville BB: Tamara is the most kind, honest & genuine person I’ve ever met in this industry. She is very honest about expectations and results. Every other Med Spa I have gone to. They have injected me with a lot more Botox than really necessary. I wish I would’ve known this a long time ago. After seeing Tamara as a new client, her recommendation was much less and still gave me the results I was looking for. Fast forward, I was seen elsewhere (trying to get a good deal) And I quickly regretted it within a week. I was left with very uneven results that left me feeling completely horrified to be in public. I reached out to Tamara, she got me in within days and discussed treatment options to even things out, and I’m already noticing better results. She is the only provider That I have seen who shows you exactly what she’s using and how much she is using. This was something that initially made her stand out very much to me. I will never go anywhere else nor will I ever trust anybody else with my Botox. You will not regret seeing her and you will become a lifelong client!

Hair Director - Waukegan Zari Kalo: The owner, Betty Upham, has been a stylist for over 40 years. Her chair side manner is delightful. She offers fresh home baked goodies, hot coffee, and cold or hot filtered water daily. The building offers a parking lot. The only drawback is the 13 steps down to her studio.

LHB STUDIOS - Joliet Miranda Volanti: I had an amazing experience at LHB! Alejandra did my eyebrow and upper lip threading, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is super sweet, personable, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. I especially loved that she mapped out my eyebrow shape before starting—something no one has ever done for me at other places. It made such a difference! I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
