Lori Arnold: Check engine light came on. Had Auto Zone test it. Bad evaporator canister purge valve. My normal garage couldnt get me in for 3 hours. Called Motorheads and they were able to get me in. Faith was super friendly and helpful. Large reception area (see pictures). Tv with Amazon fire stick. Faith heard me tell my husband my phone battery was low and she let me borrow her phone charger. Co-owner sat and talked to me for a while. In and out in 2 hours. Everyone super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend. I will be back and will start using them for oil changes and general car maintenance. I would recommend paying in cash though as there was a credit card fee.

Couldn’t fix the problem and kept giving me worse and worse scenarios, putting me off. Eventually he blocked my texts and phone calls. Beware. Not honest. This has been a nightmare. He has my money, but hasn’t given me a repaired vehicle or the money he promised to pay me back in exchange for the title to my van.
