5 /5 Chuck Henson: At first I thought there was know way these guys could be this assisting and friendly, something has to be wrong. Then I noticed Evan was actually really trying to find me the best price and the most quality parts, there surely is something that will come up and then theyll show their true side. Ive been let down to many times and kept my guards up but its true these guys (and gal) really are the "real deal". Excellent customer service throughout the service cycle. Kelli, Evan and Mike always kept me up to date, informed and treated me like a real person. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place A+, and it came under quote price and gave me some money back! absolutely unheard of in todays world.

5 /5 Elaine Larsen: Quad City Tech is not only a great company, they are just great people. We came in for a race this past weekend and our Dodge truck had issues. We called them up, and as people from out of town, they didnt own us anything, but they knew we were in trouble. They went up and beyond and helped us out and not only got us back on the road, we made it back on track and the jet car won the rounds. Without the kindness of strangers, we would not have been able to make this happen. Thank you Quad City Tech and everyone that helped out. Jet Car Cordova Dragway

1 /5 Luis: They don’t even deserve one star!! Don’t take your vehicle to this place, save your money, time, and stress by not dealing with these crooks. Came in for a simple belt issue and 2 weeks later my truck completely drained all oil as I was on my way to work. But hey you forgot your evidence! Was this supposed to be some type of racist type joke you bums left? Note that picture I uploaded.How did you forget taking that whatever it is out of my truck if you claim you’re “techs” and I paid you for a complete diagnose? I messaged the person that supposedly worked on it back this morning and glad they didn’t respond just comes to show like these other customers have said prior they will rob you out of your hard earned money. If your vehicle isn’t a junk fleet DON’T go there, you have been warned! !!!Edited after their response!!!!so this text just proves you did mess my truck up and absolutely proves you’re unprofessional and won’t take any accountability at all just shows the business you stand for last but certainly not least LIARS!!

5 /5 Carrie McGuire: My first time here. The staff was so professional and friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable and my service did not take long at all. Their waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I asked for a price quote when I made the appointment and that was the price I was charged—no surprises! Locally owned business and based in the parking lot it looks like they do a lot of service work for other local businesses which is a big plus in my book. Will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family!
