5 /5 Jerry Singleton: Needed a set of plug wires put on I had bought them(no time to put them on myself)then called early afternoon. I suggested how about I get there 1st thing next morning He agreed. He did a couple tires for a Gent before Me, Didnt take long to swap them out & the minimal price I payed was worth it being the tight schedule I have. Later I popped hood & was IMPRESSED He eliminated a dreaded factory cover for plug wires that takes the most time to take off put back on to awkwardly protect wires(GM engineers, nuff said lol). He cleaned up Un necessary metal & zip tied wires up & out of way that looked factory believe it or not, a smart & honest Man Hes a good local option for a great Wrench.

5 /5 Paul Hearn: I was driving on the interstate on my way back to VA and broke down just past Knoxville. Roadside assistance had a tow company pick me up and I picked this place because of the good reviews. Glad I did. At 4:30pm I got to the shop, Chance pulled the code and said hed tackle it the next day. He actually drove me to the hotel I booked, kept me updated on the repair status, and had me back on the road about 10:30 the next morning. He went above and beyond, didnt charge me an arm and a leg, and treated me very well. He is a great person.

5 /5 Gillian Sowers: We were driving through on 74 and hit a semi tire in the road. It knocked something loose under our car, so we googled for the nearest service station. It brought us to Ray’s. Within a few minutes he had removed the splash guard, assured us we were safe to continue our journey, and only charged us $10!! A lot of places would have charged us $100! Thank you, for being kind and efficient!

Chance went above and beyond, answering our call late into the day, searching to find options for the parts we would need and to get them delivered early the next day. Had us back out on the road by 10 the next morning...so incredibly grateful!!

5 /5 Nick Melotte: Like a lot of the other reviews, I was driving through town on I-74 when my car broke down. I thought my battery died so I called around and Ray was the only one who could help. He came to the parking lot I broke down in and took my battery back to the shop to recharge it. I was able to drive it over to the shop and found out my alternator had died and needed to be replaced. He was able to source one the next day and get it put on for a very reasonable price. He was super easy to work with and kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. Hes also got a great reputation in town. If youre in my position and dont know who to go to because youre just traveling through, go to Ray. You can trust he is going to take care of you and not rob you blind.
