1 /5 Jocelyn Shieldse: I went in to get 3 pedicures done, (1 service was not getting color, gel, clear coat, none of that) and I left very unsatisfied. Service was terrible. My deep red nail color was bright red that you could see through. They kept asking me if I wanted the higher priced packages by turning the page on the given option sheet, then pointing at the higher price saying, “you want this one”. I had to tell them 5 times I wanted the $40 regular pedicure. I made it very clear from their selection which one I wanted by pointing, circling, saying “no, I want this one”. They did this to me and my friends. After everything was finished they charged me for three different priced pedicures. My service lasted about 30 minutes. Paid $200 for cheap work at an over priced experience.

2 /5 Katie Miller: Got in very quickly, service was very nice but my nails were very low quality, broke a nail first day after having them put on and I also got my eyebrows done and after I left and looked in the mirror more closely my eyebrows were yellow and they are supposed to be dark brown. Was very frustrated with this. Especially since I paid $80. Wish I could give more stars but right now I can only give two. **EDIT*** okay thank you for a response! 5 /5 harley chapman: Tell a friend to tell a friend….theyre back and better than ever. I got a full set and a pedicure and I received excellent service from both the man and woman that worked in there. I was extremely pleased with my the friendliness and the flexibility they offered beings I was called into work and had to come back. I’m very pleased with the price and service I got from regal nails. I will most definitely be returning!!

1 /5 Patricia Freeman: This was a horrible experience. I wanted a new set with french tip and a pedicure with french tip. The nails looked horrible. Uneven, different shapes, gel not applied properly. The lady who did my nails appeared to have no clue about doing french tip. She only applied one coat of polish. In addition the store is very dirty. The tools are not wrapped up and I saw them using the same tool she used on me on a different guest. The nail file she used looked like it was already used as well. It was a horrible experience and I will never go back. I was charged $100.00 for nails I had to get redone in a different store a few days later because I was embarrassed. Don’t use this location.

2 /5 Angela Strawser: I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They said they didnt have the color, okay whatever Ill give them that. Then she caked the acrylic on so thick Ill be surprised if I dont tear a nail off from snagging it on something. Then the color I picked looked nothing like the color that ended up on my nails. My nails look like the Marlboro Menthol cigarette boxes.
