Nikki Kush: If I could give negative stars I would infinitely. I went in for spark plugs and new coil packs. I paid $150 for a inspection which includes looking at my axles I picked up my car and not even 3 miles down the road a bolt flew off then throughout the week more bolts were flying off to the point where my axle dropped out of my car while driving if they would have done a proper inspection They would have known that my axle bolts were loose or if they loosened them being that I never had any issue with my axle until I brought it to the shop The same day I got my car back is the same day The first bolt flew off within 3 miles of the shop I called and left a voicemail addressing the issue and now I am being avoided And ignored I will definitely be getting in contact of the board of business to address my situation since I am being ignored I could have got seriously hurt with my child and I am pregnant. They do not care. They just want your money. They did address that my axle was bad, but they did not address that all my axle bolts were loose to the point where I could take them out with my fingers. Bring your business somewhere else save your money time and frustration
