4 /5 Paige Buschman: I enjoyed my experience today over all. The pedicure looks good and the technician was pretty thorough overall especially with the massage. The place did feel a little outdated. And in that sense, while I dont think anything was actually unclean, it felt like everything was worn. The technician I had also clearly smokes cigarettes because I could smell it faintly when we walked in and again after he left for a moment when our nails were drying. Also they did not have a drying station which I found different from my other experiences. They have a rewards-based punch card program which I think is super cool!! I definitely didnt have a bad experience at all but I might try a few other places before making this my go to.
1 /5 Katherine Warren: I went into sassy nails to get my nails done this summer right before my vacation. I got dip on my fingers and my child got their fingers and toes polished which was done so fast that her polish was already chipped off a day later. The man did 1 layer of dip which I thought was odd (seeing that the woman who did my nails the times prior did 3 layers) but I figured he knew what he was doing. Not even a week into getting my nails done, 2 of my nails were completely cracked and chipped and one had streaks in it. I reached out to the salon to see if they would give me a discount on my next appointment which I already had scheduled. The man told me he would give me 5 dollars off. I told him that didn’t seem fair since 2 of my nails were messed up from being done so poorly and asked if they would discount the price of 2 nails for a total of 9 dollars off. The man said no. Such poor service from him and even worse service making things right when he was at fault. I wouldn’t recommend going there and if you do, I’d recommend that you ask the women to do your nails because the man there clearly rushes and doesnt do the full service you are paying for. Disappointing to say the least.
5 /5 Karen Dunne: The manicurist provided an excellent and relaxing pedicure. She also did a wonderful job on my wedding nails
5 /5 Samantha Gooch: Theresa has knocked it out of the park twice for me now! I’ll definitely be back!
1 /5 KJ Soleil: Just this year, I started getting my nails "dipped" - at a DIFFERENT salon in town. I loved the results, but had trouble getting an appointment there. So I thought Id try Sassy. Sassy has a large selection of dip powders. But, unfortunately, their brand of powder cracks and chips off after 3 days. (My other salon uses OPI brand. THEIR dip lasts for over 3 weeks with no chipping.) But thats not the worst part of my experience at Sassy: When I called 4 days after my dip and told the owner about the cracking (please see photo)... and respectfully asked for an appointment to have them redone, the REAL rudeness started!!! The owner was PROFOUNDLY rude, arrogant, and disrespectful!! Somehow the cracking and chipping was ALL MY FAULT. I politely maintained my insistence to get them redone. He Granted me an appointment. I walked in, showed him the broken nails. After arguing, blaming me, he relented... "but this is the LAST TIME!!" he says... WHAT?? Ive only ever been there once! Hes right about "the last time"... I wasnt planning on returning. Ever! That appointment was a VERY uncomfortable sullen 40 minutes. I dont expect much from a nail salon. Im paying $45 for nice-looking nails that stay nice until my next appointment 2 weeks later...Its always pleasant to chat with the person whos holding your hand for 30-40 minutes... but even a comfortable cheerful silence is okay... Its been a week since I had them redone by Mr. Arrogant. 5 nails have already broken off, Again. And, no, I am not going back there to have them re-redone!

Brittany Warner: Terrible experience. I was over charged and my nails look terrible. My acrylics are crooked and the paint job is not good at all. He popped off my old acrylics using an acrylic tip. I told him it hurt and he said "oh that hurt?" And just kept doing it. He made one of my fingers bleed. Its the next day and my fingers are still sore! He charged me $70! For a full set of acrylics with a green French tip. You couldnt pay me to come back here.

Maren Kelly: I had a great first experience here! I made an appointment with Kristy. I showed her my inspo pic and my nails are exactly what I wanted! I would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a salon. It’s a friendly, welcoming environment. You can tell most people are regular clients here.

Gizem Ozgol: This was my first time at this salon, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. There is definitely a double standard here. I’ve been to many nail salons, but this was the first time I felt bad. Someone other than the person I booked with did my pedicure, which wasn’t a big deal, but I noticed that I was treated differently than the other clients (no lotion or massage). Then, when I moved to the manicure station, after the final coat of polish, another customer arrived. They moved me to another table and just told me to put my hands under the UV light twice and said I was done—no lotion, no oil, no massage like the other clients received. I paid the same high price as everyone else, yet I was treated differently. I feel stupid and really upset.

Izzie Lusher: best nail place ever!! their nails are so worth the prices and i feel listened to and cared for every time i go here!
Tina’s Nails (formally Ally’s) - Peoria
allison: Yikes. Tried Tinas for the first time...a dip removal and french dip application took almost THREE HOURS. The french application is bubbled and the lines are not crisp or aligned. I asked multiple times for the the dip to come to my cuticle with NO space, but this didnt happen even asking 4 times. I expressed my dislike at the end of the service, the owner offered $5 off. Wont be back.

Sara Smith: It’s kind of hit and miss with these guys… sometimes you go and they do a good job, but more times than not, it’s a bad job. This costs way too much to just gamble and hope for the best. Many times my nails were not lined up, crooked, and acrylic on my skin, nails too big, sometimes they even act like they don’t understand how to do a proper French tip!! One time they gave me long nails with a super little thin line at the very very tip. I was like what is this? I had her fix it and in the end it took so long I just wanted out of there, my French tips still weren’t up far enough, it just looked weird. And after about 2 days the nails started coming up and every time I run my fingers through my hair it’s catching and ripping my hair out on the lifted nail part by my cuticles. I paid 120$ for this and my feet and this is what I get?? I’m tired of having this experience, I always told myself it was just a new person or something but no, I’m done wasting my money.
Spa Nails - Peoria
Cecilia Elhaddad: I went here for a manicure and pedicure, and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff was very friendly and took care to ensure every single nail was shaped and painted perfectly. I can’t get over how good my nails look! Not only that, the added details (like the massage chair in the pedicure station and the stones in the nail soak) make for a really relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back next time I need a manicure or pedicure.
