5 /5 Kim Stump: I take both my girls (my 11 year old Yorkie and my 1 year old Collie Pyrenees) to Melissa for grooming. She is wonderful and my girls get so excited when we go there. Never been any issues. In fact, they dont want to leave because they enjoy the socialization. She treats them like her own.

I would highly recommend her to any dog parents, no matter the size or length of fur as she took on my Pyrenees mix like his coat was nothing. Thank you again Melissa for being such an amazing stylist and for making my boy look handsomer than ever.

5 /5 Dacey Myers: Melissa is amazing! We have a very shy pup with a lot of stranger anxiety and I worry about leaving him with other people. Melissa sent me pictures and videos of our pup throughout the weekend to ease my mom dog heart! She even trimmed his nails which is usually an arduous task for us! Highly recommend for boarding and grooming!

5 /5 Lisa Harmann: Melissa is fabulous! She was amazing with my dog who has some anxiety issues. When I left my dog with Melissa, she was nervous, but Melissa worked with Bailey, and when I picked her up, Bailey was playing with the other dogs like she was a member of the family! I love the fact that the dogs are allowed to socialize with each other instead of staying in a kennel all day. Melissa’s prices are very reasonable, and she also has a doggy daycare! Melissa has a heart of gold. It’s obvious that she loves what she does! And, by the way, Bailey looked adorable after her spa day. I highly recommend Sassy Styles Grooming Salon!

(To be honest I just didnt want to cut her toe nails) Since that first day, over a year ago my mother has requested that I bring her back several times for additional services and she is always so happy with everything she has had done. NK Nails & Spa - Belvidere Marta Es: The most terrible nails ever! Nails are not only ugly but the way they were done is disgusting! They took 20 minutes for what I usually get done in 1,5 hours. The file used on my nails was used hundreds of times before!!!! (Its already had holes in it!!!!! dis-gus-ting!). The lady didnt use any gloves. Nails are uneven, wavy, sharp in some places, some are shorter and some are longer, very thin like Im afraid theyll break at any moment (never had this issue before) the previous color was not even completely removed and under the "new red" you can see "old blue" in some places. They should pay me for MY time to practice on me! My almost blind grandma would do a better job. I hope this place closes soon and noone catches any bacteria or virus before the staff learns what sterilised tools are and disinfection procedures. I was speechless. Everything about this place is just WRONG! You should be ashamed!!!

Trendz Salon - Belvidere Stephanie Pearson: Finally found a nail salon that paints the nail all the way down to the cuticle. She did a great job! I was so happy I was able to put the tip on my card. I hate this new trend where they make you tip in cash. I absolutely will not carry cash around with me. I will definitely be going here again.
