1 /5 Jessi Coleman: Previously loved Smalltown but did not have a good experience with the new dentist. Will be changing dentists. New dentist did not agree with what the old dentist had done and refused to remove ortho brackets but agreed to fix with no extra charge. When we returned to have fixed, she refused to treat and said we need to go to a new dentist to fix. Now I will be stuck paying again and have to find a new dentist to remove brackets.

1 /5 Maggi Shaffer: Ive been with small town dental for a year and a half now I think and theyve always been great. However This last visit burnt me from them and I will probably not come back. I have Blue Cross Blue shield and was in network with them last year Last year I had an appointment scheduled for my fillings that ended up being rescheduled into the next year I was told at that time that my price of $110 would be honored in the next year because it was a quote because it was a quote before the new year. Not to mention it had been pre-scheduled for quite some time. I arrived today and was informed that my price would now be over $300 for two fillings. I explained to the woman the same one who had handed me my paper and told me the price wouldnt change. That the price was wrong and she checked it and still confirmed the over 300 price. Im not sure why there was such a sudden change or if it was me personally. But I would like to hope that they dont do this to other clients who were promised the same thing as I was.

5 /5 celeste pollack: Very friendly. Did not feel uncomfortable at all. Did a great job on cleaning my teeth and on the fillings I needed. Explained everything clearly and answered any question I had.

5 /5 Cheyenne Heins: I switched over to Smalltown when they came to chilli and I’ve never been happier with my dental care. I’ve had a rough go with dentists as most people do, and to be completely comfortable and confident in a chair with Dr. Krupa, Dr Dan (her husband) and her assistants is something I never thought I’d have in dental care. They listen to me, make sure I’m okay, and have completed dental care I’ve been wanting done for years now in just the last few months. Also, on a day I had a very difficult filling filled, they took a step so far, by playing Matchbox Twenty’s greatest hits while they worked on me. If you know me, that’s VERY special. I am so happy with Smalltown!!
