They bumped me on the day of an appointment after I arrived at their office, even after confirming the appointment the day before. They refused to give me an account credit for wasting my time. I was a customer for years, so being treated like that was a disappointment.

1 /5 Chris Wood: The receptionist Stacey that answered the phone was absolutely horrible didnt take two seconds to listen to me Im sick unable to make my appointment asked if I could reschedule and she was condescending told me no and gave me a heres why speech basically telling me to go to hell. Was my first time scheduling an appointment in over a decade at what used to be a good dental office. Do Not Recommend they are horrible My whole family goes to spring valley and will no longer be using them. Sorry dr Ames.

1 /5 QD: Dont go here. This place doesnt allow applicable time for a potential client to respond to a appointment rescheduling. The " manager" I spoke to needs to be fired for overtalking someone and bit being helpful at all. I understand things happen , but when you dont give people an opportunity to respond to a message you sent them, because people do work and you decide on your own accord tk take an appointment from someone and then have a B.S. excuse and not to be further accommodating, youre failing at customer service one and two , as an " appropriate " manager.

Periodontics of Southern Illinois - Swansea Amanda Wilson: Dr. Stancyzk and his staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Dr. Stancyzk gave detailed explanations with visuals to ensure I understood my treatment plan. His staff also ensured I was informed on the financials and scheduling. Great overall experience! Bonus Brag: My childcare fell through last minute so I had to bring my 5 year old son. They went out of their way to make him and myself feel welcomed. They were incredibly kind and patient with us.

Dr. Edgar J. Breda, DDS - Belleville Breathe Deep: Very friendly and helpful staff! Dr Breda struck me as knowledgeable and professional. I’m so glad we chose this doctor. The entire office was a well oiled machine and they were on top of everything we needed to make this procedure successful. The procedure we needed was a wisdom teeth extraction for a 17year old. They made sure we had all the info for care afterwards as well as explaining everything to us very well before we left the office. Prescriptions were given to us and we were directed to the pharmacy on the opposite end of the parking lot. We were told to get them filled before the procedure was done so we could eliminate the need to stop on the way home and probably wait longer anywhere else. I was very impressed with how caring the doctor and staff were. They thought of everything we would need to make this as pleasant as possible.

Dr. John Rottschalk Dental Group - Fairview Heights Rebecca Martinez: Staff are very respectful and knowledgeable in their areas. Doctor is super nice to all who come in. They were able to fit me in last minute for both a pediatrics appointment and adult appointment same day. They also communicate very well!

Michael W. Noble DMD - Belleville The Great Satan: Very nice experience. In a part of Belleville I rarely frequent, but a very well maintained building. There are magazines for the patients and two clean gender neutral restrooms. Plenty of parking even for my large truck too. Cell signal is awful, but they do have fast guest WiFi with the password over the guest check in counter.

Markarian Orthodontics - Swansea Chyah McIntosh: I absolutely recommend this facility to anyone seeking an orthodontist. The staff as well as Dr. Markarian made feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The experience was phenomenal. They answered all my questions and I was well prepared for my braces. After my appointment they gave me a goody bag and folder to take home with all after care needs. I can’t wait to go back for my follow up. Thank you sooooo much Markarian Orthodontics, you all are amazing!!

They always go above and beyond to address my specific concerns. The office is conveniently located and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The team utilizes modern equipment and technology to make each visit efficient. Dr. Schillinger is extremely personable and skilled at completing quality work with patient comfort as a priority.

Dr. Forrest M. Farr, DDS - Belleville Dan Lochonic: Dont have an extraction done here. Dr Farr extracted a tooth in the rear of my mouth. During the extraction, I informed him I felt pressure in the front of my mouth. The following day, my bridge in the front fell out. The doctor wasnt willing to take any responsibility for breaking my bridge.

James K. Stubblefield, DDS - Swansea Kris DeWald: This office is exceptional. The front desk team are friendly, efficient at managing appointments, and so helpful with all the insurance coordination. Dr. Stubblefield is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He explains everything, gives me all my options and makes going to the dentist a breeze. He has an easy going personality along with years of experience. Highly recommend!

Familia Dental - East St Louis Ortiz: 1 star simply for the fact all the employees were very kind and easy to work with. However.. horrible experience otherwise. Cleanliness of the facility was below average. The “cleaning” was getting your teeth brushed for less than 1 minute. I clean my teeth more thoroughly at home. No floss, no plaque removal, no fluoride treatment. So defeats the purpose of going to the dentist. Then a very minimal exam from a dentist. They also say they see kids, however, despite having an appointment for my toddler, the dentist made no attempt to even check her teeth. Unfortunately this is the only option in the area for people with Medicaid. Increased training and resources to this facility is definitely needed in order to actually provide quality dental care.
