1 /5 Kelly Norris: My daughter went in for two impacted wisdom teeth. She was back in the chair for over 2 hours, and came out crying and only one tooth removed. The male dentist told her to stop crying because she was tearing up because she was making him nervous. My daughter has had years and years of dental surgery due to antibiotics and never one time has she ever cried from having nitrous or the pain. This Dentist has poor bedside manner, and obviously inexperienced. If he allows a patient to make him nervous, I would never recommend this person to anyone. Upon making the appointment the receptionist told me there would be no need for her to be sedated because it would not be bad and the only people that get sedated rather than nitrous was Man that couldn’t handle the pain. Overall this whole business needs ethical training. This is one non Compassionate Dentist . Against my better judgement after reading the reviews and then calling the dentist office prior to her appointment I expressed my concerns about bad reviews and I ended up giving them the benefit of the doubt. Do not make the same mistake I made. Reviews are there for. Reason!

5 /5 luan crable: Called for an appointment due to a hurting tooth. Couldn’t get in for over a week so I took it. Within two hours the office called me back with a cancellation for the next day! I was thrilled. They were courteous, accommodating, helpful, and as pain free as could be. I highly recommend this oral surgeon. There’s professionalism from the office staff to the doctor. All I can say is God bless them all!

5 /5 Allison Bragg: coming from someone who is a nervous wreck at the dentist (almost crippling) he did amazing. I went in to my appointment fully expecting him to be rude just based off of the google reviews I read, but he was not at all. he is just straight forward and that could be intimidating to some people. he explained to me everything he was doing, asked multiple times if I was okay or in pain, and did a good job while being quick. I got 3 teeth extracted and stitches, and he got them all out within 30-35 minutes but that’s because my last tooth he got out was not wanting to come out at all. the numbing and nitrous is what honestly took the longest aside from the wait because the office was pretty full today. his assistant was absolutely amazing and I could not have done this without her. his receptionists were very kind as well. I was in zero pain the whole procedure, just felt some moments of deep pressure and the sound was terrible but that was to be expected. dr swanson and his team took very good care of me today. made sure I had plenty of gauze and medication to help me through my healing. I would recommend him to anybody.

1 /5 Steven Herrmann: I dont even want to give one star, Ive had a lot of dental work done over the years and this was by far thee worst experience Ive ever had! This is a prime example of why people are traumatized with dental work, first there was no reason for a new xray, they knew what tooth to extract (red flag) then the previous patient pissed the doctor off so bad that he took all his aggressions out on me, had no chairside manners whatsoever. Other reviews suggest he do anger management, they are damn right! I have never been treated so rude in a dental chair, I will never use this guy ever again!
