    • Randy J Toppmeyer DMD - Jerseyville Todd Feldman.: The staff and Dr Toppmeyer were great 5 star but the lady at the front desk is a 0. What trash I reported her for talking about my moms bill with the lobby full my mom is 83 and never carries a balance, she pays when she gets her SS check every since I reported her she has had it out for me I recently got dental insurance and I called them and said when will the Dr be paid the lady said its easy we will call the office and fax a 1 page form to be faxed back and we will send a check she is so lazy she couldnt even do that so she turned it over to collection because she said no one can carry a balance well that is not true I heard her on the phone talking with a patient who she said I know you have been a patient here for along time but he wont see you unless you can pay at least 200.00 you owe 678.00 thats the kind of person he has working for him I wonder how many patients he has lost do to her. If anyone has had same or similar issues please post
