1 /5 Isabelle Rowe: Went here with a hope for a nice honey blonde and left with my hair fried off and platinum blonde, I went home and the next time I washed my hair it came off in chunks and I had to salvage it by cutting it to a bob.
The hairstylist I went to doesn’t even work here anymore and I can see why, she left me developing for almost an hour before she washed it out, and to preface I had dark brown box dye that she SWORE she could get out in one session even though I was okay with more. Well she lied and I looked stupid for half a year, I paid close to $500 for that and I’m still so mad I never asked for a refund or at least a partial.
Please do not go here they are way over priced and their stylists are touch and go with if you’ll be getting a good job or not, save your money and do your hair at home. I know I’ll never be back!
