1 /5 Erika Adams: Bridal experience here was horrible. Communicated with the salon thoroughly to make sure they could do the style I was wanting for my wedding. Then on the day of my trial, not only could they not do the style, the hairstylist also did not style my hair really at all and charged me $120. Hairstylist was an hr late to my appt. I left the salon feeling zero confidence for my wedding day. I reached out to the owner and she did not care to make the situation right. Had to fight to get refunded for the trial and was never refunded my deposit. She did not waiver on the fact that it was nonrefundable even though her salon did not live up to any expectations. She backed her stylist and said my hair does not curl after being washed (which is sooo funny because whenever I curl my hair after blow drying it holds all day). Owner did not reply to my last message. This honestly isn’t even the half of it, overall the customer service was awful and salon is hard to get ahold of. I love to support businesses and wouldn’t normally leave a review like this, but backing your stylist over the customer when the service wasn’t event completed is wild behavior. I was extremely polite while sharing my experience with the owner, but she still implied that I was the problem rather than admitting to poor service.Sharing my experience so future brides can avoid this headache and waste of money during their wedding planning.
