3 /5 Julianna Scott: Upon reflecting Ill start with the positives. Friendly, nice clean salon, absolutely loved my hair cut. Meghan did my hair. Heres the negatives... miscommunication. I never mentioned black however she took the creative freedom to color it black. I do like the highlights and think we were close to what I wanted. My best advice if you know u want a certain hair color or color design be very clear with your words. You see all these girls with mushroom brown hair with face framing blonde highlights with or without a shadow root and thats whats supposed to be in my hair or some degree of chunky blonde with brown. And your Looking at black hair anyone knows theres no going back from black without a hefty price tag at a salon and possibly damage to boot. Another thing I had stain all over my face I do believe she could have fixes the stains had I stayed verses leaving. I would like to note on here In my haste I left my coat and made several attempts to make arrangements to retrieve it. It seems Im not getting it back all contact has been either blocked or unanswered. For the work the price is reasonable.
Ps my coat was hung up for me to retrieve by the entrance so I appreciated that. I went to another salon to get quoted to lighten the darkness to my hair and was told 250 to 300 plus tip. It has grown on me I suppose it could be worse. I always think Im explaining myself well and clearly Im not. This was an experience. But the utter shock of seeing black in my hair I basically ran out the door after paying. I do feel bad I could have handled it better.
