Ive taken a couple vehicles there over the years and Ive always had a positive experience. Sean and his team are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. You can tell their business model is to take pride in their work and provide good customer service. Without going into too much detail, Sean and Dan have been extremely helpful to me over the past few days in trying to resolve some work done elsewhere... never making that mistake again- Ill be bringing my vehicles here exclusively in the future. I cannot stress how far above and beyond they went. Thanks again. You guys deserve all the praise you get.

Hell give it to you straight & he has integrity in what he does. Think Driven is very involved with the community too. 5 /5 Sarah Lane: Oh my gosh I am just thrilled! Sean figured out what was wrong with my boyfriend’s jeep when several people could not. Because of Sean I was able to surprise my boyfriend when I pulled in the driveway with his jeep that hasn’t run in 6 months. The look on his face was priceless! The customer service was so good and the price was very fair. Sean seemed honestly happy that I was so happy. Highly recommend.

Let alone even want to try and give it a look. All these positive reviews must be bots. If you want transparency and impeccable customer service then please go somewhere else, just not here.

My first experience with them tells me that they appear to be just that: they know both old and new vehicles, they dont talk down to you or try to upsell unnecessary stuff, and theyre friendly and easy to deal with. Its a bonus for me to find a shop I like that is also run by a woman and has a reputation for being friendly to ALL kinds of people. Thats unfortunately not always common in the car world. Give them a try; Im glad I did.

Lana Haines: I took my 2017 VW to Barb City because my A/C wasnt working for the the third summer and it was really hot. It was easy to get an appointment and I was able to take advantage of a free A/C check and also get 10% off the cost. John explained every step of what they checked, what they could fix, and figured the problem was the compressor. Although I had to leave the car overnight while they got the part, it was fixed by noon the next day! They were friendly, helpful, and direct, and I appreciated them explaining everything. The cost was very reasonable compared to the service I used previously. I will continue to take my VW there.

Theresa Faivre: Dear Sir, My son brought his 2004 Audi for service on my recommendation due to your great reviews. He had a coolant leak, needed an oil change and attach the muffler. You had it about a week and when my son brought it home, the car was overheating and coolant light was on. He checked levels and noticed another leak and the wrong antifreeze was used. My son brought it back, showed a pic of the right antifreeze, and you tried again to fix. I called and asked if you are comfortable with foreign cars and you said well his car is old. It was running and easily getting him to and from work before he brought it to you. Once again you called and said it was done. My son picked it up and it was running so bad, he barely made it home. Again, the wrong antifreeze was added. My son tried to call you, left a message but never received a callback! He Took it to a shop familiar with Audi’s and they found many issues. This includes a taped leaking exhaust pipe, no air being filtered and oil everywhere including on spark plugs. Low coolant levels. Probably a blown gasket. They couldn’t even test drive it. Needless to say, to fix the damage was beyond the cars worth so the car was junked. Giving 2 stars instead of one because you tried to fix it as best you could. But he should have had some of the $800 refunded. You should be honest with people that you are not comfortable working on foreign cars. UPDATE we were refunded our money so I am happy about that and giving an updated rating.

When he realized that our problem would be covered under warranty he got a hold of the Dealership to make sure that they would take care of us.

Scottie Hillman: My husband and I are from California and flew out here. While on our way home we encountered a vehicle issue. We’ve over-stayed by 3days, overspent our budget. We bought tools and could work on it ourselves, but needed help with 3 bolts. A garage down the street I believe Gomez was closed but a couple guys were there working and in no way would help us. But the gentleman here was kind enough to help us out and remove them. There’s not a lot of people in the world that would do that apparently. It was a simple thing to do with the right tools, but his kindness was a big deal to us. We might be on the road back home today because of this kind gesture. Says a lot about the integrity of this man. If I lived here, he would be my new mechanic based on this. Thank you once again kind sir! God Bless!
