2 /5 Katherine Sullivan: I used to be a very loyal customer that purchased rings, art pieces, crystals, etc. and I just recently went in and was very displeased with the service received. The woman who was helping me was very pushy for me to make a purchase, everything I looked at was “rare” or “never coming back” which I knew was a lie since I’ve been going there for a couple years now and see the same things as usual, and when I was leaving without making a purchase, the woman said “Bye.” In a very rude and abrupt tone that suggested I wasted her time even though the store was dead empty. I am a manager at a retail store and honestly was shocked at the audacity to switch up on a customer for not buying a $100 single stone ring. I will not be returning and I will be sure to inform people of the way they go about their business.
