    1 /5 Tiffany Gaymon: Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price I recently visited this nail salon and, unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. The quality of my nails is subpar; the lines are crooked, the French tips are uneven, and what should have been a relaxing experience turned into a frustrating three-hour ordeal. For $120, I expected a much higher level of craftsmanship. Regrettably, I dont feel that the service I received warranted this price. I would appreciate it if the owner could address this issue and correct my nails at no additional charge. Communication is essential, and I hope to resolve this matter amicably. Nails done by Kay
    5 /5 Kim Enderle: Recently moved to the South Loop and have been looking for a nail salon close to my building. I found it! Called on a Saturday morning just before 10am and was told they could take me right away. Walked over and was immediately seated. Had acrylic fill and no-chip. They are fast, about 35-40 minutes, and did an incredible job. I really appreciated the warm lotion and hot towels. Will definitely go back!

With Coco’s special training, skilled precision and attention to detail, she can duplicate any nail service and nail design (especially Ombré pictured) with ease and perfection. Also, Nail Tech, Cindy, gives the most relaxing cucumber pedicure with a foot massage that will put you to sleep! Book your appointments with Coco and Cindy - you wont regret it!

Allison Hegner: I started going to Fabulous Nails as my friends were ranting and raving about their nails…. And they were right! Sindy & the team are always so friendly and welcoming when I walk into the salon. I have been going to Sindy for 6 + months and in that time I have had ONE nail chip…. ONE in 6 months! My manicures also easily last 2.5-3 weeks each time I go. Not only do they have literally any color you could ask for, but the salon is super clean as well. Overall, I truly have nothing negative or any critics for Fabulous Nails! I enjoy going to get my nails done and they are done well, efficiently, and the price is very fair. I would highly recommend Fabulous Nails to anyone looking for a new salon!

Lauren Sugar: Lo Spa in Lakeshore East is consistently phenomenal. They’re close to home for me and every time I need a last minute walk in, they squeeze me in and do a great job! I’ve probably had 5+ various techs over the years and every single one has done a great job. Salon itself is clean and beautiful. And they have a ton of color options - Which are also organized and easy to find. Love this place!

I paid 65 for a very basic full-set with orange polish even though their sign said 45 for this. I told the guy providing my service about the shape and he responded he knew and continued to improperly do them. I don’t like to be confrontational so I just paid and left. I won’t be back.

I needed to split my session into two sessions because I had a conflict, and before painting, in the break, the nail technician (I believe Nikki?) practiced with different colors to make it look best and show me options! I was amazed. My nails look amazing. Great environment, too. My only note is to bring gloves to protect your hands from the UV rays. I’d have this advice to share at most nail places. Amazing place! I’m recommending to my friends. Whenever I go out people mention my nails.

simran dhaliwal: Initially, I had my nails done on March 1st, 2024, and they were fine for a week. However, later in that same week, the paint on my left thumbnail chipped off. Subsequently, I decided to return and have it fixed by scheduling another appointment for a refill today. I didnt voice any complaints; all I wanted to do was arrange an appointment as politely as possible. However, the lady on the other end abruptly ended the call without explanation. Upon calling again to inquire about the refill appointment and its pricing, she rudely informed me that the technician was unavailable. It would have been courteous to mention this earlier when I initially called to schedule the appointment. Based on this experience, I would not recommend going there as there seems to be a risk of nail paint chipping off, and the staff can be rude.
