At my first session, Mahrun was so welcoming and kind towards me, and she made sure to establish what kind of treatment Id be receiving, as well as the science behind it. During all my subsequent sessions, Mahrun made sure to have a comfortable environment that was also very accessible for a disabled person like me. She was very patient when I needed to take breaks, and she was also very gentle with the actual electrolysis. it was fairly painful but absolutely worth it for permanent hair removal.
