Aerie - Champaign (IL)

2 /5 Nevaeh Murray: I usually love shopping at Aerie for underwear, but this location has consistently poor customer service. The employees are often rude and seem uninterested in helping customers. During my last visit, one employee was folding underwear and didn’t even acknowledge me while I was trying to shop — I had to stand right beside her and move stacks just to look at items. On top of that, I overheard staff having an unprofessional conversation on the floor about going to the back and coordinating breaks, including telling a coworker they’d have to “come back” because someone’s break was at 1. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. I like the brand, but this store needs major improvement in customer service.

5 /5 Victoria Cooper: Brought my daughter in for a quick/her 1st bra fitting & to grab some panties (bc who goes on vacation and remembers underwear) and all the girls were SO SWEET. The store was very clean, although she did have a difficult time with finding larges in the 5/$25 that didnt have lace. One of the girls was so very accommodating and could tell I was struggling and in pain standing with my cane and did not hesitate to offer a chair. Thanks ladies, great experience!

1 /5 Alexandra Wilegus: Visited the store for the first time today and probably will not be going back. Spent over 20 minutes in the store browsing and was ignored by every staff member while they greeted all the other customers and asked them if everything was okay. They made it a point to come up to customers who came in after me and help them yet just watched me from across the store. The only time I was even acknowledged was when I was leaving by someone who was counting people in the store. The entire environment made me very uncomfortable and they made an effort to avoid me when I would try to approach them.

5 /5 Kassie Hobbs: First time shopping here and it was a great first experience! Immediately I was asked if I needed assistance looking for anything and the bralette I purchased is great quality and super cute. I definitely understand now what all the hype is about this store.
