2 /5 Daisy Avil: My first time here, the store is very clean and organized and the security guard was very very kind. This one girl in particular was a blonde and she was being extremely loud, acting like she wasn’t at work basically I can hear her all the way in the back of the store. At some point she was saying something to her co worker but she was shouting at her I couldn’t even hear my conversation on the phone. Great store but the staff are just a bunch of young adults who clearly don’t care.

1 /5 B: Usually the Wheaton, IL location is great but not tonight. The associates were unfriendly. The security kept popping up in every aisle and staring while I was trying to shop. Which was weird because he didn’t watch anybody else and I know that for a fact because he kept following me. I brought a two piece set to the check out line and the cashier Fizah refused to ring it up as a two piece set even though it was clearly labeled as a two piece set. So I had to leave those items because I’m not purchasing a set for double the price because you refuse to sell it as a set. Then the cashier forgot to remove the sensor from the clothes. As I was walking out trying to leave after I just paid the sensor detector went off. The weird security rushed us saying come here as I was walking back to the cashier. Why would I go to the security guard when clearly the cashier is the only person who can remove the sensor. The manager ran to the front of the store and started speaking in a different language to the cashier as I was taking the bag back to the cashier. The cashier started to remove the sensor then stopped and said something to the manager in a different language and asked to see the receipt. Are you serious you just checked me out and counted all the items thoroughly and watched me pay for it. If you’re going to treat your customers like criminals while shopping then I’ll take my business elsewhere.

1 /5 Besnik Maho: Burlington does not appear to have an official, explicit policy stating perfumes are non-returnable; however, the general return policy requires items to be in new, unused, and original packaging with a receipt within 30 days for a refund. This what it is written for Burlington items return policy. But at Burlington located at138 Danada Square W, Wheaton, IL 60189, this policy doesnt apply. Although you have the right as customer to ask for retuning a parfume that never used within 4 days the answer is totally unfair we have not return policy for parfume. A unprofessional management at this store for treating customers according to their rights and general policy that is online for Burlington as company.

1 /5 Saeed Gilani: I bought clothes and accessories at this Burlington location, and I paid with a gift card and the rest with a credit card. As soon as I received the receipt, I went back to the cashier and said that there was an error in the payment, but the cashier did not admit his mistake. The next day I went back there, there was another cashier there, I told him the problem, but he said that there was nothing I could do, only the manager can solve your problem. I went back there a few days later, and they still played me and took my money. Anyone who goes to this location should check their receipt right there because the cashiers of this place have no responsibility for their mistakes to the customer.

1 /5 Diamond J: Wish I could give 0 stars. I was followed by a “secret shopper”. He was a bald caucasian man. He was very creepy standing at about 6’1 and hovered over me the entire time I shopped. Horrible experience will never shop there again.
