1 /5 Kevin Felton: So is it normal for you all to ignore some women and not others? My wife went shopping in your store today 10/28/2025 445pm to 500pm. No one said hi or can I help you. That highly disrespectful and I will be getting ahold of corporate and find the policy. In The mean time teach your employees that everyone is equal and should never be made to feel invisible in your store!! That makes women feel bad about themselves and im sure catos doesnt want that image for their stores!!

5 /5 Erika Ostrowski: The staff is so friendly and helpful. Found several things that are absolutely adorable and had to come home with me. The store is clean and bright as well.

3 /5 Nancy Stanford: Sales person was rather condescending. Perky ( overly so)toward the customers, but not so nice when she thought they were out of earshot. Clothing and prices are excellent. One self important employee wont keep me away.

5 /5 Nancy Loss: I got several nice shirts and s beautiful dress for a decent price. The larger sizes are much appreciated. Most stores ignore us larger ladies.
